Delivery Charges

Corporate Orders

Menu pricing is as listed.  Prices listed are per person or per pan and are so specified.  Main dish portions are 6 oz. per person and dinner portions are 8 oz. per person and prices will reflect that. If you order a luncheon menu for dinner, please be prepared for that adjustment in pricing. 

Billing.  Invoices will be generated in a timely manner. For Corporate clients, payment is net 30 with a 1% discount for all invoices paid within 15 days. 

Delivery and Pick up Charges apply as listed.   Local Colorado taxes apply.

Oporations charges includes, set up, extra equip and linen charges, insurance fees, proposal time, advertising, admin fees, vehicle maintenance, office staff, utilities, and the time it takes to plan a smooth and memorable event

Gratuity for the delivery driver for set up and pick up may be agreed upon ahead of time and either paid in cash at time of service or included in your invoice.

How and When to Order

Menus and Pricing are as listed.  Per person or per pan if specified.

Event service staff, bartenders, delivery, oporations charges, linen and rental items and Colorado taxes are additional.

If your organization is tax exempt, a state exemption certificate must be provided for our files.

Buffet menus are priced and portioned per person.  They are not all you can eat.

Service Options 

We offer a variety of service options to fit your particular needs and budget.  All our menus are available for pick up or delivery, with or without staff.  Below are a few of our most popular service options:

Disposable Service

Can be pick up or delivery/drop off only.  All cold foods served in/on disposable plastic platters, bowls, containers with disposable utensils.  Although we cannot re-use these items, we encourage you to find an appropriate use for them so that they can be “recycled” for another use by another person. 

All hot food arrives in recyclable aluminum containers. 

Plastic plates and eating utensils and napkins are provided with meals.  Biodegradable plates, cups and eating utensils are available upon request and charged for accordingly. 

Cost:  Menu price as listed, delivery and Appropriate Colorado taxes.

Moderate Service

On site delivery, set up and return pick up.  One of our trained delivery drives will set up your party at your home or office and then return to pick up any serving items.  Cold food is served in real dishes and hot foods served in chaffing dishes.  All sterno fuel and serving utensils are included.  Cost:  Menu price as listed, delivery and return pick up fees.  Additional 15% service fee and Appropriate Colorado taxes. 

Full Service Catering with Full Event Staff

Each event is different.  Costs will vary depending on your specific needs.  An itemized proposal of costs will be provided after meeting with one of our event planners. Full-service catering includes Delivery, set up and maintenance of buffet, all food served on real dishes.  Includes all serving pieces for serving of the food.  Also included is the setup, cleanup of buffet, kitchen and any staging area used by caterers only.  Any leftover food will be boxed in disposable take home boxes for clients, (subject to food safety regulations).  Caterer reserves the right to determine the number of staff required to adequately staff your event.  Average time on site includes a 2-hour setup and l hour clean up.  Service time will be determined by your event and the venue requirements.  Cost: Menu price as determined in the proposal, staff fee, 20% service charge, sales tax and optional 18% gratuity.

What is a Service Fee?

A service fee is added to all non-disposable catering events where more service is requested.

Rather than charging you a rental fee for every piece of non-disposable equipment we use such as platters, bowls, chafing dishes, serving pieces, chafing fuel, staff costs of washing/sanitizing dishware, re-stocking fees, administration fees, time used to secure products and rental equipment, write proposals and other administrative costs which all go into producing your event.  Instead, we charge a flat fee of 20% of the total invoice to cover these costs.  This is not a gratuity. 

How is the labor charge calculated?

Each catered event is different!  The number of servers required for your event will depend on the number of guests, the menu you choose, and any special requirements/circumstances.  Staff costs for weddings and other events also will depend on the length of your reception or event and type of meal service requested.  Once you meet with one of our event planners you will receive an itemized cost estimate including the number of staff and estimated staff hours on your service needs and menu choices. 

In general, average costs for each staff member will range from $120 for a short event to $200 plus for longer events. Servers and bartender rates are based on an average rate of $25-$30 per hour.  Staff hours are billed portal to portal and number of hours will include any cleaning of the venue other than the direct catering areas that are required by venue contracts.

Event Deposit

For weddings and any large events, corporate or individual, we require a 50% deposit to secure the placement on our calendar.  Deposit is non-refundable, but it is transferable if event date is changed within three months’ notice.  (Subject to caterer’s availability).  Full payment must be received 72 hours prior to the start of the event.  Corporate clients excepted.

No deposit is required for smaller corporate parties, luncheons and orders under $1,000


Consultations and Tastings

All tastings are $40 and Will be enough for two samples, Please work with your event coordinator to set up a time for a tasting pick up. We are happy to deliver your tasting at a $25 fee.

Rental Equipment from outside rental company

We are happy to arrange the rental of tables, chairs, tents, china and flatware and any other equipment you may need and arrange the delivery and pick up.  Clients are welcomed to do this on your own.  If you choose this option, caterer is not responsible for any communication with the rental company.  Client will communicate and deal with the company directly including any shortages and payments.

How will I know what the total costs will be?

After meeting with our event planner and agreeing on the needs for your event, you will be provided a written proposal/contract for your event which will include all costs.  This will be signed by both parties and the deposit collected to secure the date.

Do you charge a gratuity on the bill?

No.  The suggested gratuity will be included in the original proposal as a “suggested gratuity.”  We leave payment of this to your discretion.  Our servers are paid the commensurate wage, but are trained to deliver impeccable service and would gratefully accept your appreciation.  You may opt to give this in person at your event, of course.

Can I buy my own alcoholic beverages?

Caterers in Colorado are not licensed or allowed to be licensed to handle liquor.  We are happy to provide bartending service, but you must be responsible for the ordering, delivery and pick up of all liquor, mixers and ice. You will also need to be responsible for any leftover liquor product at the end of the night. Bar service is maxed out at 4 hours and the bar must closed one hour prior to guests leaving the premise.
