BUILD YOUR OWN SANDWICH BUFFET $16.5 | Trays of ham, turkey, and roast beef. Tray of cheddar and swiss cheese. Tray of lettuce and tomato. Mayo and mustard on the side. Bowl of chips, chef's choice side salad, and a tray of cookies.

SOUP AND SANDWICH $14.25 | Soup of the week with an assortment of turkey, ham, and roast beef sandwiches made on our honey whole wheat rolls. Mustard and mayonnaise packets on the side. ADD TOSSED SALAD $2.50

BAKED POTATO BAR OR SWEET POTATO BAR (GF) $15 | Potatoes with sides to include shredded cheese, crispy onions, butter, sour cream, bacon, sautéed mushrooms, diced chicken, and green chili.

PULLED PORK OR PULLED CHICKEN SANDWICHES $18.5 | Pulled pork (or chicken) accompanied by Kansas City-style BBQ sauce and served with buns, Nosh’s famous baked beans, coleslaw, and fruit salad.

MEDITERRANEAN POWER BOWL BAR $16.50 | Vegan/GF friendly build your own power bowl bar with quinoa/rice, power greens, diced chicken, roasted sweet potatoes, feta, tomato and cucumber relish, roasted corn, pickled onion, hummus, pita, lemon dill vinaigrette, and avocado crema.

TACO BAR (GF) $15 | Seasoned beef, shredded lettuce, sour cream, guacamole, salsa, and shredded cheese served with corn taco shells, flour tortillas, refried beans, and fruit salad.

PASTA BAR $16 | Create your own pasta dish! Tortellini and penne pasta with alfredo sauce and meatball and sausage marinara. Served with garlic bread.

MACARONI & CHEESE BAR $15 | Toppings include bacon, diced chicken, green onion, peas, blue cheese crumbles, hot sauce, and roasted tomatoes.

ITALIAN SPAGHETTI SQUASH BAKE (GF) $15 | Spaghetti squash topped with house-made marinara and Italian sausage, topped with cheese, and baked. A great option for a vegetarian (omit the sausage) can be made vegan (omit the sausage and cheese).

CREAMY FRENCH ONION SAUSAGE PASTA $15.50 | Penne pasta and sweet Italian sausage enrobed in a creamy French onion-based sauce.

CHICKEN GORGONZOLA PASTA $17 | Julienne grilled chicken and penne tossed in creamy gorgonzola sauce with grapes, walnuts, and wilted spinach.

CHICKEN CHILI TAMALE PIE $14.75 | Two favorites combined in one delicious dish; Chili and cornbread. This one has chunks of tender chicken in the chili that is seasoned with smoky adobo and all the familiar saucy chili partners. It is topped with a tender cornbread layer. Served with sour cream and cheese and a crisp iceberg wedge salad.
